SecuTech Expo 2010, the most distinguished and recognized security trade show in Asia, gave Alpha Pricing the chance and privilege of inviting its internationally renowned partners to Taiwan for the exhibit. With augmentation of vast IP solution experience in the past decade, Alpha Pricing remains at the head of the pack in the Taiwanese surveillance market by offering diverse and applicable solutions for every vertical market.

The emphasis at this year’s SecuTech was on industry’s leading open platform VMS developer Milestone Systems, with additional focus on two major manufacturer partners, Mobotix AG from Germany and Arecont Vision from US.
Mobotix AG is the pioneer in decentralized network structure concept, designing cameras which incorporate high speed computers and digital memory, thereby eliminating the need of PCs for analysis or recording. On show at the Mobotix section this year was the new weatherproof and ultra compact Hemispheric Q24, with 360° all round view and panorama function displayed in quad view allowing simultaneous view of all four angles. The new Hemispheric IP Video Door Station was available for demo as well, attracting visitors interested in home security.

Boasting its proprietary MegaVideo® technology, Arecont Vision offers the fastest multi-megapixel network cameras in the world. With continuous efforts on providing unparalleled clarity with competitive pricing, the industry-leading 10 megapixel H.264 network camera was duly introduced. Arecont Vision’s very own 180° and 360° panoramic megapixel network camera also pulled in curious crowds to Alpha’s booth.

Axis Communications, Bosch, Exacq, Object Video and Milestone made up the remaining participating partner list at Alpha Pricing’s booth. Axis presented its new thermal network camera and T8310 video surveillance control board; Bosch had its Access Easy Control System on demo, which integrates both access control and video verification. The newly released Smart Client 5.0 and XProtect Corporate 3.1 were Milestone’s priorities for presentation.

At the same time, Alpha Pricing’s own brands AlphaView and AlphaGenie were announced, with NVR packages and home automation manager available respectively. Primarily focusing on home, small offices, retails stores and schools, AlphaView NVR is an affordable and dependable solution for entry level markets. Rising trends of home automation did not go unnoticed, with AlphaGenie giving visitors an experience at homes of the future, which utilizes Z-Wave and internet for remote wireless control of household equipments such as air conditioner, lights etc. Merging home automation and home security, AlphaGenie is aimed at providing a total solution for home users.

With a growing list of participants annually, SecuTech Expo provides a competitive and open platform for the development of the surveillance and security industry. Growing in experience and size, Alpha Pricing will continue to provide diverse solutions and products to suit the needs of clients, as well as coordinating with global partners to provide trainings and road shows worldwide.
