Taiwan National Freeway Live Traffic Broadcasting System

For the convenience of road users nationwide, the Taiwan Area National Freeway Bureau (TANFB) decided to embark on a large scale project, setting up more than 100 IP surveillance cameras along primary sections of the national freeway. The system is to provide live video images through the use of web browsers, enabling the public to view and be aware of situations on the freeway before hitting the road.

Live video images of famous tourist spots in Taiwan are made available on the internet by accessing the Taiwan E-government website.
